The Rye Hotel is a family owned business that has well trained and enthusiastic staff with old fashion friendly service values.

In the Terrace bistro the culinary delights created by Executive Chef, Pali. Pali is from Sri Lankan brings a wealth of experience and specialises in curries! Pali is excited about creating delicious meals with his trusted team.  The Rye Hotel is about simple honest and fresh food offering consistency and quality using fresh ingredients, sourced as locally, if possible.

Our highly qualified chefs provide an extensive selection for all taste buds including vegetarian and gluten free offerings with a selection of daily specials.

Due to COVID-19 and the Government restrictions, our Cafe & Bistro has limited seating.  The Rye Hotel is open for 2 sittings for lunch & 3 sittings for dinner.

Sitting 2: 1pm - 2.15pm

Sitting 1: 5pm - 6.15pm
Sitting 2: 6.30pm - 7.45pm
Sitting 3: 8pm - 9.15pm


Seniors meals and kid meals also available.  Bar Meals are also available from our Main Sail Bar.

Rye Hotel is now open for Breakfast from 8am daily.

These restrictions are only temporary and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to a safe and fully functional hotel in the near future.
